  3. Heat the contents till you can just keep you small finger in it for 5 seconds (My trick). Then switch off the gas. Generally in summers that time is less and in winter it takes more time to get heated. Now add the curd and mix everything with your clean fingers properly in the milk.
  4. Now put a whole green chilli in it and cover it. Keep the vessel in a warm place for about 4 hours.
  5. Once the curd is set remove the chilli and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set properly.
