  4. Add onion to butter, simmer until rice is done (about 30 minutes)
  5. Preheat oven to 350
  6. Mix together ground beef, onion and butter, and rice in mixing bowl
  7. Cut off tops of peppers, get seeds out and rinse peppers
  8. Scoop mixture into peppers until full
  9. Stand peppers up in oven safe dish
  10. Pour spaghetti sauce on bottom of dish around peppers until it reaches about a quarter way up the pepper
  11. Cover peppers and put in oven for 60 minutes
  12. Take out peppers, use sauce on bottom to scoop over peppers, if desired
