  2. Prepare 1 cup yogurt

  6. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds grounded
  7. Prepare 2 tsp coriander powder

  12. Get 1 tsp lemon juice
Steps to make Chicken Pasandey:
  1. Blend yogurt,green chillies, & onion to make smooth paste..
  2. Marinate chicken fillets in this paste for 15 min..
  3. Add ginger garlic, cumin, coriander, salt& black pepper,baking soda, lemon juice in marinated chicken.
  4. In pan add oil pour chicken with all masala & cook on high flame for 5 min then cover it with lid & cook on medium flame for15 min..then cook on high flame in 2 min oil separates..
  5. Ready to eat garnish it with fresh coriander & green chillies..
