  1. Get 2 cup croutons (I used Fresh Gourmet Classic Ceasar)

  5. Get 1 cup chopped mushroom (I used canned you can use fresh)
  6. Prepare 1 cup chopped broccoli

  8. Prepare 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  9. Take 2 tbsp melted butter
  10. Get 1 salt and pepper to taste
Steps to make Savory Bread Pudding:
  1. Preheat to 350°F
  2. Measure out croutons. Beat eggs add the milk–salt and pepper to taste.Pour milk mixture over the croutons. Leave to soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the onion, broccoli, mushroom, 3/4 cups of cheese and the parsley - mix well.
  4. Add the melted butter–turn to coat.. Put into a greased dish, topped with the rest of cheese and freshly ground black pepper — bake for 35 minutes
  5. Let cool and serve .
