  1. Take Prawns
  2. Get 2 tbsp butter
  3. Take 12 pcs Prawns
  4. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  7. Get 1 medium red onion (crushed)
  8. Make ready 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  9. Take 2 tbsp chilli paste

  13. Prepare 1 egg
  14. Take 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots/corn/peas)

Steps to make Prawn Fried Rice:
  1. Heat up butter in pan.
  2. Mix turmeric powder & salt with prawns.
  3. Fry prawns until it changes colour.
  4. Remove prawns & put aside.
  5. Using the same pan, sauté onion & garlic.
  6. Add chilli paste & oyster sauce, & let them cook for a while.
  7. Add Maggi seasoning & salt.
  8. Crack & scramble an egg.
  9. Lastly, add vegetables & rice. Mix well.
