Instructions to make Paneer korma with jeera rice:
  1. For paneer korma - Soak poppy seeds and cashew nuts for an hour.
  2. Make a paste of poppy seeds,cashew nuts,ginger garlic,cloves,cinnamon,cardamon,black pepper and cumin seeds
  3. Also make the paste of tomato.
  4. Heat oil in a pan,add sliced onion and saute for 3 - 4 mins until transparent.
  5. Add grounded spices and saute.
  6. Add tomato paste and mix well.
  7. Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and curd and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  8. Pour one cup of water and salt and bring to boil.
  9. Once boiled add paneer cubes and cook for 3 - 4 mins.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with jeera rice
  11. For jeera rice - Take clarified butter in a pan.
  12. Wash the gobindbhog rice and spread in the plate.
  13. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  14. Now add rice and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
  15. Add salt and water and cook in a high flame when it comes to boil cover the lid and cook for ten mins.
  16. Serve with paneer korma
