Ingredients. First Mix the pork with the seasonings (Check under "Meat Seasoning") then add in the fish together with the chives and mix well. Then place minced on the sliced Eggplant. Make sure after sticking it on it will not fall off.

After 8 mins place those eggplants on the plate and let the sauce cook until the thickness desired or add abit of cornstarch water. You can add in shrimp paste if you like those authentic taste in the sauce. Pour Sauce on top garnish and DONE!
