  1. Wash and dry green chilli, raw mango and lemon for 2hrs then clean if any moisture then chopped it and let them dry again
  2. For masala roast red chilli, coriander seeds, saunf, nigella seeds, fenugreek seeds don't roast mustard grind everything fine
  3. Heat oil
  4. For green chilli add salt, masala that we prepared, salt, amchoor powder mix well using hands add asafoetida if needed transfer in jar and pour hot oil cover the lid and keep them in sunlight for 3days
  5. For lemon pickle add turmeric powder, salt, asafoetida, powdered masala mix well transfer in jar and pour oil
  6. For mango pickle sprinkle turmeric, salt, powder masala, asafoetida mix well and transfer in jar and pour oil.. keep in sunlight for 3days and it's ready to relish!!
