The ingredients needed to make Mango Curry:
  1. Make ready 1 big raw mango
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup Toor dal
  3. Make ready 1 tumbler Coconut milk
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. Prepare As needed Salt
  7. Take for Tempering–
  8. Take 1 tbsp oil
  9. Get 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  11. Get few Curry leaves
  12. Prepare 2 Red chillies
Instructions to make Mango Curry:
  1. Cut raw mango into large pieces.
  2. Pressure cook toor dal for 4 whistles.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, needed salt and sliced mango pieces to the cooked dal.
  4. Once coconut milk is added Allow to boil for one time in medium flame. Don't boil more time.
  5. Finally add the tempering to the curry.
  6. Now the delicious Raw mango curry is ready to serve.
