Make ready 1 tbsp Oil

In a bowl, add the paneer, bell peppers with all spices, yogurt and mix everything thoroughly. Rest it for 20 mins in the fridge.
Meanwhile, In a bowl mix everything under chapati and divide it in 4-5 equal portions. Roll them and cook them over a pan on both sides till light brown blisters are formed.
In a pan, heat oil and add the marinated paneer and bell peppers. Cook them for 4-5 mins, till they are almost dry. Remove them from heat and add in the coriander leaves
Take the chapati and apply ketchup /left over marinade if any left. Put some paneer in the center and wrap it like a roll.
For ease of handling, one side can be cover in a foil or baking paper.
