  1. Chop shallots, coriander, chillies in small slices.
  2. Remove the skin of mango and slice in broad thin pieces. Then, further slice mango into long thin pieces.
  3. Fry peanuts over a medium fire for about 8 minutes, till slightly golden brown.
  4. Using a mixing bowl, throw in shallots, coriander and chillies. Mix well then add in 2 table spoons of lemon juice and sugar.
  5. Once mixed well, add in mango pieces and 3-6 tablespoons of fish sauce. Mix then add in peanuts.
  6. Feel free to add extra sugar, lemon juice or fish sauce to get your desired tangy taste.
