  3. Add cheese, I used Pecorino. Put back in the oven for another 25-30 minutes. Rest on a wire rack before serving 😀

Spoon mixture into frozen pie crust. Add the potatoes and corn and simmer until thickened. Stir in ham and check for seasoning. Add more salt and pepper if desired. Fit the first pie crust in a deep Brush the top with egg mixture.
