  4. Pour into the tin and bake for 15min
  5. Leave the cake to cool on a wire rack and cut into rectangles
  6. Layer on each slice of cake some raspberry jam and the whipping cream on top. Cut the cake in half to make a square and put one half on top of the other to make your sandwich!!
