  1. First for reduced milk boil 500 ml of full fat milk along with few strands of saffron
  2. Cook it in a heavy bottomed pan
  3. Let it cook on low flame, stirring occasionally
  4. When the quantity of milk becomes 1/4 then add 2 tbsp of sugar
  5. Let it cook further for 5 - 7 minutes
  6. When done take it out in a bowl and let it cool down
  7. When completely cools down then keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  8. Soak sabza seeds in a cup of water for 3 - 4 hours, it will swell up to four times
  9. For assembling take two tall glasses
  10. In one glass first put 1 tbsp of rose syrup
  11. Then put 1 tbsp of sabza seeds
  12. Then put 3 tbsp of reduced milk
  13. Then on top place some mixed chopped fruits
  14. Now pour khus syrup on top of the fruits
  15. In the same way assemble the other glass also
  16. But in the second glass, put the khus syrup in the base and rose syrup on top
  17. The cool cool dessert is ready to serve

Apart from these two cooling ingredients, the third cooling one is Sabza or basil seeds. I have used Almond milk. all these made this Paan sharbat super cooling and very refreshing. not to forget its healthy too.
