  1. Prepare 2 cups plain flour (250 gr plain flour)

  9. Prepare 30 gr butter, melted (let it cool a while)
  10. Prepare 1 tsp pandan flavoured paste
Steps to make Pandan Waffle:
  1. Dry ingredients: sift plain flour, corn flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a big bowl
  2. Mix wet ingredients: egg yolks, coconut milk, melted butter, pandan extract
  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients (do not overmix) until all ingredients are incorporated
  4. In separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until they reach stiff peaks
  5. Fold in the egg whites with the rest of the batter. Leave it for 10-15 minutes
  6. Cook the batter in your preheated waffle maker 🧇🧇
