  2. Bleach palmoil and fry grinded ogbono in it with constant stirring so that it won't get burnt.
  3. Poir in water and boil with the pot not covered.Boil for 20-25minutes to make sure the ogbono boils very well.
  4. Blend okpei,crayfish and fresh pepper pour them in and boil for another 10-15minutes.
  5. Salt,knorr seasoning and smoked fish stir.
  6. Rinse and slice the uziza leaves and pour in the soup and stir.
  7. Turn off the heat.
