The ingredients needed to make Pumpkin Phirni:
  1. Take 1& 1/2 ltr milk
  2. Make ready 1 cup grated pumpkin
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp ghee
  4. Get 1/4 tsp. Cardamom powder
  5. Make ready 5 tbsp sugar
  6. Take 1 tsp tsp fennel seeds
  7. Make ready 4-5 strands saffron
  8. Get 50 gm white chocolate
  9. Take 8-10 pistachios

Instructions to make Pumpkin Phirni:
  1. Pour water and 3 tablespoon sugar in the pineapple and boil it. When gets soften, keep it aside
  2. Melt the white chocolate spread it and Sprinkle small cut pista on it. Cut into triangle and let it freeze.
  3. Heat up 2 tbsp oil in the Pan and add the grated pumpkin in it. Roast it well at least for 5 minutes.
  4. Add sugar, milk,cardamom powder,fennel seeds and dry fruit in it.Cook it well.
  5. Take a bowl set pineapple in it
  6. Now set pumpkin Phirni on it Sprinkle pista and in the middle some pineapple.
  7. At the end decorate it with white chocolate.
