  4. For Sabji:Heat oil in a cooker Add rai,jeera,dana meethi,ajwain and let it crackle.
  5. Now add curry leaves, hingh mix stir a while.
  6. Now add tomato,ginger,green chilli,potato,pumpkin,spices and mix well.
  7. Next put 2-3 cup water and cover the lid and let it cook for 2 whistle.
  8. Once the steamed release open the cooker add chopped coriander serve with bedmi puries.

So it is also known as urad dal puri. These bedmi puri are served with rasedar aloo ki sabzi as a breakfast or brunch.
