3. Brush the ends of each dough triangle with the beaten egg
4. In the center of the triangle, put 1 tbsp of cheese filling
5. Roll the dough triangle from the base towards the end of the triangle with the bending of the ends inward
6. In a deep frying pan, heat oil and fry cheese rolls until golden.
7. Remove from the oil, and place on kitchen paper towels until excess oil is removed - Serve hot
