  1. First step(masala paste) – mix all ingredient with water except mango powder (aamchur) and salt. - Heat oil
  2. Add Methi Dana
  3. Add ginger and garam masala
  4. Add masala paste and cook for 1 min
  5. Add chopped Kaddu
  6. Mix and saute well
  7. Sprinkle dalchini
  8. Add little water and cook for 5-10 min
  9. Add Sugar and amchur and cook for another 5-8 min.
  10. Serve hot and garnish with chilli and coriander
