First cut the pumpkin into big size. Wash it properly. Then grate it. Keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds. Let it crackle. Add grated pumpkin cook for about 2 minutes. Heat tawa. Place the roti gently on the tawa and roast it from both the sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate. Repeat the same procedure. Keep all the Roti's on plate.
In the same pan. Keep one roti. Spread evenly the curry on the roti. Add tomato sauce and red chilli sauce. Spread it all over the roti. Over that keep another roti. Spread the curry mixture, tomato sauce and red chilli sauce. Over that keep another roti. Roast it both the sides. By greasing with oil.
Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful plate. Cut the paratha into pizza shape. Garnish with spring onion. Now it is Ready to Serve with….tomato….sauce
