  1. Prepare 2 cups Matar dal
  2. Make ready as needed Pumpkin leaves with soft stems
  3. Prepare 1 cupsl Radish cuts into big cuts

  5. Prepare 1 tsp oil
  6. Take 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  7. Take 1 red chillies
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

How to make Hare Matar ki dal. Take desi tomatoes and green chilies, make paste from it. Heat cooker to make Green peas dal. Keep dal in cooker till pressure escapes.

Steps to make Matar ki dal with pumpkin leaves:
  1. Prepared leaves just clean it well and remove thin skin if there. Keep aside vegetables.
  2. Wash Dal first, then soaked it for at least half an hour. Then using pressure cooker cooked dals with salt, turmeric and little oil for 3-4 whistled almost 80 percent done.
  3. Then add all vegetables and little water and cook fully untill dal cooked but not broken and mushy. Now add tempering of red chillies and Fenugreek to dals.
  4. Note: you can add other vegetables too like beans, arbi etc etc.

Heat cooker to make Green peas dal. Keep dal in cooker till pressure escapes. Once the pressure escapes,dal is cooked and ready. Add garam masala, some finely chopped green coriander.
