  1. In a non -stick pan heat olive oil/butter
  2. Add all veggies except bell peppers and paneer/tofu.
  3. Add salt and saute the veggies till half done.
  4. Add bell peppers,tofu/paneer and sprinkle oregano.
  5. Mix and saute for more 5mins.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
