The ingredients needed to make Mango Achaar:
  1. Get 1 kg green (raw)mangoes
  2. Take 2 TSP hing
  3. Get 2 TSP fenugreek seeds saute on slow flame and make powder

  5. Get 200 gram mustard daal
  6. Make ready 5 TSP red chilli powder
  7. Get 2 TSP turmeric powder
  8. Take 6 TSP salt

Instructions to make Mango Achaar:
  1. Wash and get dry the raw mangoes,then cut it in desired size
  2. Take a Thali spread all the spices as shown in pic
  3. Then heat the oil on medium flame,when get heated take it down let it cool for 5 minutes.Then pour it on the spices in Thali.mix well.
  4. Now let it cool,then add the cut raw mango pieces and mix well.
  5. Now fill it in glass bottle or jar,tide it's mouth with cloth
  6. Next day stir the achaar,it will looses a lot of oil,everyday stir the achaar for 1 week,then stir on alternate days it is ready to eat,store in cool place.
