Boil the vermicelli in a hot bowl of water until they are soft. Drain. I like to cut the vermicelli to smaller length pieces. Set aside
With oil, quickly pan fry the prawns till it is cooked. Set aside
With oil, drop in the garlic, then the pepper and meat and cook for a little bit. Add a bit of water when the oil has dried up before dropping the vermicelli into the mix so the vermicelli will not stick to the pan.
