The ingredients needed to make Oven-Roasted Fruit:
  1. Take plums, pitted and cut in half or quartered
  2. Get apricots pitted and cut in half
  3. Get apples, peeled and cut in quarters
  4. Prepare caster sugar

  7. Make ready frozen blackberries
Instructions to make Oven-Roasted Fruit:
  1. Preheat oven to 220c.
  2. In a large bowl place all the prepared fruit (excluding blackberries) and toss in the cinnamon.
  3. Place all the fruit in an oven proof dish snugly in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle with the frozen blackberries then the sugar.
  5. Then bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fruit is tender.
  6. Heat the grill up and place the dish quite closer to the grill, about 10cm away until the blackberries release some of their juices, about 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven. Drizzle with the honey. Serve warm with vanilla ice, extra thick vanilla cream or on its own.
