The ingredients needed to make Seafood chowder:
  1. Get Marinara Seafood Mix
  2. Get medium carrot
  3. Prepare celery
  4. Take chicken stock
  5. Prepare leek
  6. Take brown onion
  7. Get double cream
  8. Make ready cheddar cheese
  9. Take Grated Parmesan
  10. Take Chives to serve
Instructions to make Seafood chowder:
  1. Chop carrot, celery, leek and onion roughly. Add to chicken stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins until veg is soft
  2. Blend the cooked stock and vegetables together. Do it in batches as hot liquid expands. Next add 200ml of double cream and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add marinara mix or other fish to the creamy soup, and simmer for around 5-7 mins.
  4. (Optional) Add 100g of cheddar and around 50g of Parmesan.
  5. Serve with some chopped chives.
