The ingredients needed to make Kanfa:
  1. Take Kanfa dough you buy from Arabic stores
  2. Prepare Chicago cheese
  3. Prepare mozzarella cheese

  7. Take simple Syrup
Instructions to make Kanfa:

  3. Start laying on top dough and press really hard on top
  4. Over medium heat start cooking it and keep rotate clockwise till you notice the color change on the bottom then you flipped by using a plate to the other side and cook it
  5. You add on top warm simple syrup on top hot kanfa sever with ice cream on side enjoy
