I highly recommend using freshly grated coconut. sesame seeds - again like peanuts, give the chutney a nutty flavor. onion, chana dal, cumin seeds are also commonly added to coconut chutney.   5. Then add tomato fry until oil separate from tomatos
  6. Then add curry leaves, coriander leaves and chillis
  7. Fry nicely and wait until it looks dry and add coconut
  8. Grind using very less water for to get thick consistency and garnish it with mustard and curry leaves
