  1. 用刀背敲打猪肉,把猪肉切成小块。加入少许盐。 Beat pork muscle with the opposite side of knife. Cut the pork into small cubes. Add small pinch of salt
  2. 加入风车粉搅均匀。把猪肉放入气炸锅,炸20分钟。 Add potato starch, and make sure pork cubes are almost fully coated. Air-fry pork cubes for 20mins
  3. 大葱,番茄和灯笼椒切小块。Cut onion, tomato and capsicum into small cubes
  4. 混合番茄酱和白醋 Mix ketchup with white vinegar
  5. 热油,加入大葱,番茄,灯笼椒翻炒 Heat the oil, add in onion, tomato and capsicum
  6. 加入炸好的猪肉。加入番茄酱翻炒。Add in air-fried pork cubes. Add mixed sauce, and stir-fry
