- Take 1/2 cup Lebanese Za’atar
- Take 3-4 chicken thighs(deboned)
- Get 3 bell pepper (diced)

- Move heat to medium: place remaining ingredients into skillet, leaving uncovered. Use the photos below as a guide on cooking the dish down. It takes a while, just stir the dish once and a while and your good!
- When cooked down, remove from heat, and cover. The photo represents the dish at its cooked down consistency.
- Cook your Mac n cheese while the Za’atar dish rests. I use my favorite prepackaged Mac n Chreese.
- Plate the M&C, topping it with the Za’atar mixture. I added a bit of siracha and honey before eating.
