Boil milk with crushed cardamom, boil for about 10 minutes, then add the rolled logs in the simmering milk and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the Jhola Gur/ liquid palm jaggery, if you don't have Jhola gur then add powdered Patali Gur (solid palm jaggery) or any Gur you have. Cook for another 5 minutes or so till the milk thickens again. Don't overthicken it. Serve while it's still warm. It taste divine with the Nolen Gur (Jhola Gur).
