  1. Beat eggs and soak the cube sliced tofu for 1 minute.
  2. Put cooking oil in a pan and then fry the coated tofu until golden brown
  3. Use a different pan to melt the butter. Then add and sauté chopped garlic, onion, pepper, salt and sugar.
  4. Add the fried tofu, oyster, mayonnaise and all-purpose cream then mix. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Then add the green chilli.
  5. Remove from the pan and then plate the tofu in sizzling plate with melted butter then top it with red dried chilli
