  1. First wash, peel and cut all the veggies in your favourite shape
  2. Take a heavy bottom pan and heat mustard oil till smoky stage heat off and let the oil slightly cool
  3. Add all the spices along with salt and pepper except garam masala in oil and roast for 30 second on medium heat then add all the veggies and saute for about 4-5minutes then slow down the flame and cook for 10-15 minutes by covering the lid. Water should not be added,let to cook the veggies in it's natural moisture
  4. Check the veggies wheather it is cooked nicely by piercing a fork in the cauliflower floret as cauliflower takes more time to cook than other veggies.Add garam masala and give a good mix..Flame off
  5. Your a combo of seven veggies in one bowl is ready..Transfer into a bowl
  6. Now serve it as a bhog to"kanha Ji"first then to family and friends.
