  3. When the both halves are cooked like mash scrape out the soft potato mash and add to the sausage and Tomato. Mix well
  4. Add back to the potato shell and pat the filling down then add the cheese on top 2 tbls on each one. Add back to the microwave for 2 mins to melt the cheese on top.
  5. Serve hot with a little parsley on toto garnish.
