  5. Remove rolls from gravy and cut into about inch size rolls, add additional toothpicks if needed
  6. Serve with gravy and enjoy

When Mother made meat for a Sunday dinner, it was a terrific treat. You may need a tad less. Sprinkle the onion, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the steaks. Lay one slice of bacon on each piece. Roll the steaks jelly-roll style and secure with toothpicks.
