  2. Heat the oil/ghee in a nonstick pan. Add cumin seeds, cardamom both, cloves, bay leaves, when they crackle, add cabbage and capsicum and cook stirring for 3-4 minutes. Add boiled rice with veggies and soy badi, garam masala and salt to taste
