  1. Prepare 500 g Penne pasta

  2. In the same pan, add 1 tbs of oil and 1 tbs of butter, add onion then garlic, cook until brown color appears, then add the mushrooms until soften
  3. Add around 500 Ml of cooking cream and add all your peppers to taste then add 150g of mozarella
  4. When it's boiling, add the mushrooms and the chicken and cook for 3 more minutes
  5. Garnish with parmesan cheese before serving
