1. Place water, beaten egg and oil in bread pan, sprinkle over milk powder.
2. Place flour on top of liquid, sprinkle cocoa powder over top, make small dents in the corners.
3. Place sugar, salt and yeast in separate corners.
4. Set machine to sweet bread setting, add chocolate chips when machine bleeps.
5. When cooked remove carefully from pan and place crust side up on wire rack, whilst hot brush lightly with honey to glaze.
6. As you can see from picture, top of loaf broke away when removing from pan !
7. You can substitute chopped nuts,dried fruit or chopped crystalized ginger for the chocolate chips.
