  3. Add the garlic and vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Make a well in rhe center of the pan and break the eggs. Break the yolks and scramble them gently, mix the other ingredients.
  5. Add the soy sauce and plenty black pepper. Mix well and serve warm!!
  6. I added chicken cut into pieces. (Optional)

I had imagined so many adaptations to the recipe before I had actually made it (i.e. marinate the meat; switch up the pork for a combination of pork, chicken, and shrimp; add hot pepper sauce and/or fresh grated ginger) but I don't think there is much. It is SO TASTY my kids thought it was real rice. Healthy, low carb, super light and flavourful.
