  1. In a bowl, add red chilli paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice and salt. Mix with prawns and let it set for 5-10 mins
  2. Optional: Use the tip of the skewer and insert the prawns, leaving some distance in between.
  3. Heat a tawa or a non stick pan, add some oil. Keep flame on low.
  4. Place the skewers on the tawa and cook on low flame. It should take 3-4 mins on each side.
  5. While the prawns are cooking, mix together honey, chilli paste and vinegar together for the dip.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
