Instructions to make Burrito:
  1. Roast tomato on open flame and remove skin. Let it cool down n chopped roughly. Into food processor add tomato, garlic, salt, cilantro, green chili and lemon juice.
  2. Churn it for a min n transfer into bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, add rice, beans, smocked pepperika, chili sauce, ketchup, cumin powder and 2tbsp of salsa. Mix well n keep aside,
  4. Now, in a bowl mix both flour, add salt, seasoning n oil, then bind semi thick dough. Rest for 10min then knead it for a min n make balls, roll wrap from it and roast slightly on hot tawa.
  5. Take a wrap and spread salsa on it. Then add both salad in center. Now layer with flavored beans rice. Spread evenly sour cream and fold n cover all stuff first, Then turn both ends inside to pack both sides. And fold it again. And make pack pocket.
  6. Spread some oil or butter and roast it both side till light brown. Then serve hot with ketchup.
