Take oil, salt and flour in a big bowl.
Add water and knead a soft dough.
For filling, heat oil in a wok and put cumin and crushed coriander seeds.
Now add green chilli, ginger, peas, peanuts, garam masala and chilli powder and sauté.
Add some water, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add boiled and mashed potatoes, chat masala and salt.
Mix all well, cook for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves.
Make balls from dough and roll out like poori.
Keep some stuffing on poori and fold in potli shape.
Heat oil in a big wok and fry potli samose till golden brown and crisp.
