Instructions to make Kidney and liver sauce:
- Put your pan on fire add little oil when done add the washed kidney and liver they should not over lap each other fry for 4 to 5 minutes then turn the other face to also cook.
- Now add your onions salute for a while then add you Scotch bonnet salute too then add in your tomatoes and fry them.
- Add in your soy sauce and seasoning cubes mix then pour in your red and green pepper fry for a while.
- Add your cabbage, celery, coriander, parsley and spring onions mix and slow to simmer for few minutes and its done.
