- Make choclate custard by cooking milk add sugar
- Dissolve cocoa powder in some milk and add cornflour till no lumps.
- Add this in milk gradually and cook, keep stirring, cook till thickens starts and we get custard like consistency. Take off flame and cool
- Chill cream and whip with some sugar
- Crumble leftover brownies
- In glasses first put brownies than custard cool in fridge than garnish with cream and brownie chunks
