  13. Take 1 tbsp Corn starch
  14. Take as per taste Salt

  3. Take another saucepan & add chicken & all vegetables (with half capsicum) with rest waters. Add chopped onions (half qnty), 2 pc garlic (smashed a little), 2-3pcs gingers, salt & crushed pepper a little. let them boil for 15 min.
  4. Now separate the stocks from boiled chicken & veggies.
  5. Take a pan, add 4tbsp oil. Add garlic(crushed),ginger & onions & stir well. Add capsicum & other boiled vegetables with boiled chicken pcs.
  6. Add salt (as per taste), crushed black pepper & stir well. After that, add stocks. Let them boil again. you may add little bit vinegar / soy sauce if you want.
  7. Now Chicken Thukpa is ready to serve.
  8. Enjoy!
