- Cut potato thin n julienne with the skin on,wash them well
- In a sauce pan fry chopped /grated onion till lightly brown
- Add salt and dry spices of chilli,turmeric,coriander and cumin powder
- Cook the spices for 5/6 min in medium heat (add water if needed)
- Add little bit of water n cook for further 2 min then add fresh tomatoes chopped and cook until tomatoes are soft
- Then add potato mix well, cook this for 2 to 3min then add water preferably warm just enough to cover the potato
- Then cook 6/7 min or until potatoes are well cook,add sliced green chilli and chopped coriander for extra flavour
