  1. Take wheat flour in a parrot add salt n sugar powder Now add lukewarm milk n knead the dough. (Paratha type dough)n keep it for 1/2hr. to 2hrs. For rest.
  2. Take 2 tbsp. Water 1tbsp. Granulated sugar and Yeast mixes well and leave it for 10mins.
  3. Now add 2tbsp oil in dough mix n knead the dough.in a bowl. andtake a dough on the table to knead properly 5-10min. For good texture. Apply oil on both palm n make soft n smooth dough. Leave it for 1st. Proofing for 1hr.
  4. For Sauce:- Heat olive oil in a pan add onion ginger garlic n salt saute n add tomato puree ketchup soya sauce vinegar paper powder sugar oregano and dilute cornflour in water n add in a mixture cook for 5 mins. Turn off the flame let it cool.
  5. Now take out dough n devide in a 2part n roll thin roti. Prik roti with fork.
  6. Brush butter n heat pan on low flame n bake roti for 3-5min turn another side n Spread mayonese pizza sauce n mozerella cheese n spread green n tomato slices chopped olives onion slices n grated cheese n keep for 2nd proofing 15to30min. Sprinkle oregano n chilli flakes.n bake for 15-20min. Cover the lid.
  7. Yummy tasty Whole wheat thin crust pizza is ready to serve. (Or in OTG bake 15min on 200*)
