Bake in oven on 200c for 45-50 mins or until it cooked and when you put fork in it soft in the middle. Once cooked, peels the skin off and coat the celeriac pieces with lemon zest and some lemon juice.
  2. Make the batter, mix all the batter ingredients together. Add cooked celeriac in and make sure the batter covered all of the celeriac.
  3. Add some vegetable cooking oil (about 1 cup) and wait until it’s medium to high heat. Add your celeriac or vegan fish in batter in and fry, once one side cooked turn over wait until the other side cooked. Place it on a kitchen towel plate to get the access oil out.
