Warm a cup of milk,add sugar and yeast, stirr well. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes till it becomes Frothy.
Add Melted butter to the yeast mixture and then add flour, milk powder, salt, garlic powder, Chilli flakes and oregano and mix well to make a dough.
Knead the sticky dough vigorously for at least 15 minutes. If the dough is not sticky enough add lukewarm Milk or water and knead.
Knead the sticky dough until it turns into a workable dough. Keep the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with cling film to rise for at least one and a half hours at warm place.
Meanwhile Make your Butter spread. Take softened Butter into a bowl. Add chopped parsley, crushed garlic, chilli flakes, oregano and mix well.
When the dough is doubled in size, divided into 3 equal parts and place them on greased and floured dish.
From each part of the dough make 3 equal sized base (like pizza base) with the help of Rolling pin.
Now take a circular baking dish and grease with olive oil. Place one dough base onto your baking dish and spread butter spread onto it.. apply ample amount of shredded cheese of your choice. Now place second base on this layer. Repeat buttering and chhese layering. Place the third base on this. Seal the boundaries by pressing with fingers.
Now place a small bowl in the centre. Cut the base into 16 parts from the edges of your bowl. Now twist each part and place on it's own place as twisted shown in figure
Give Olive oil or milk wash and bake in preheated oven at 220°c for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise dip or tomato soup.
